 How much is it to place a RUSH on my custom order? And how fast will I get it?

$100 and you will receive it within 1-3 business days.

Can I pay for my order with a Purchase Order?

We don't accept PO's as we require payment before releasing the music. But if you need to pay via an invoice or with a check, please contact us at cheermusiccutz@gmail.com

How can I share my mix with my athletes?

Once you download the file to your computer you can email it as an attachment, share it in Dropbox, share it via Google Drive, etc. 

How much does a license cost to use my mix?

The license is included in the cost of the mix for no additional fee.

How long is my license good for?

Your license is good for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I pay to be issued a new license so I can re-use my music?

In order to be issued a new license you must complete a re-licensing purchase to use the mix again. This does not include sound effect edits.

How long will it take before my custom mix is ready?

We deliver every Thursday! Once your count sheets are received by the due date in your client portal, we start your mix. A confirmation email will also be sent with your delivery date. You can choose to pay the $100 rush fee at checkout to get it in 1-3 business days. 

When will I know my custom mix is ready and where do I download it?

You will receive an email confirmation when your custom mix is available to download in your client portal. 

How and when will I receive the license for my mix?

You will receive your license in the confirmation email that comes to you after your mix has been delivered. If you ever need to find it again, you can login to your account.

Is the music on your site USA Cheer compliant?

Yes, it is!

Where can I find the 8-count sheet?

Upon the competition of your portal, blank 8-count sheets will be ready for each of your teams to download and fill out. 

What does a “Split” mix mean?

:45 of music, silence for you to do a cheer, then a final :45 of music (1:30 total)

What is the difference between a split mix and a continuous mix?

A split mix is: 45 of music, silence for you to do a sheer, then a final :45 of music while a continuous mix does not have the split in the middle. 

Why can I not hear my entire mix? It is cutting off at the end.

Please confirm you have downloaded your mix to a computer and are not just playing it from your phone. You must completely download the mix in order to guarantee you have the entire file.
